2. ORGANIZATION AND ADMISSION

2.1 CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

Depending on the specialization, admission for undergraduate studies, full time learning and distance learning, is organized according to the following criteria:

2. After admission entry calendar :

July 25-26, 2017 – confirmation of the budget and tax places by submitting the original Baccalaureate diploma, paying the registration fee and signing the study contract.
July 27, 2017 – Displaying the final results after completing the files
July 28-31, 2017 – confirmation of the places and the matriculation of potential candidates admitted to tax form (by submitting the original Baccalaureate diploma and paying the matriculation fee) after redistribution, if places remain available after the enrollment from July 25-26, 2016. Withdrawal of the files.
Between September 11 to 12, 2017 the unregistered candidates’ files withdrawal

Note

Failure to confirm the budget and tax places entails their loss.
The rejected candidates must withdraw their file within one month after the final results. After this period, the records are melted.
All applicants should keep at home legalized copies of the Baccalaureate Diploma. From the faculty, diplomas shall be released only upon graduation.

2.3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLEMENT

Submit a single file (folder) for the priority section.
The order of documents in the file

1. The application form (to be completed electronically, room 336/337 at registration);

2. Receipt of payment of the enrollment fees OR attesting documents for the candidates applying for the exemption of tax payment (original);

3. Birth certificate (legalized copy); *

4. The original Baccalaureate Diploma* / certificate (for 2017 graduates) (legalized copy); *

5. Transcript (legalized copy); *

6. Identity card (copy);

7. Medical certificate (original);

8. For candidates who are students: student certificate with the completed school situation (integralist students), undergraduate or graduate certificate regarding the form of education (budget or tax) (original);

9. For candidates who are graduates of other faculties: certified copy of undergraduate diploma, transcript or certified copy of the diploma supplement;

10. Power of attorney for the representative if the candidate does not present in person at registration (original).

* Certification of compliance with the original is made by the members of the committee

** At the enrollment the original Baccalaureate Diploma will be submitted and will not be withdrawn during schooling (you should keep legalized copies at home).
